MARS Recruitment are actively recruiting for a Procurement & Facilities Administrator for an immediate temporary requirement, initially offered as a 3-month contract with strong potential to transition to permanent for the right candidate. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role supporting procurement and facilities maintenance operations. You will play a key role in ensuring maintenance activities are well-coordinated, purchase orders are compliant, and contractors are managed efficiently. Key Responsibilities Ensure Purchase Orders are raised for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities Receipt POs once work is completed Review, manage, and complete work requests within the maintenance management system Capture, upload, and maintain maintenance documentation and reports Allocate work to in-house maintenance teams or external contractors, assign priorities, and follow up service sheets Source and review quotes, validating scope and pricing against existing contracts Monitor maintenance progress and support investigation of contract execution issues Assist with contract variations and related documentation Skills & Experience Previous experience in procurement, facilities, maintenance coordination, or administration Experience working with a variety of systems Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach Comfortable working in a compliance-driven environment Immediately available or available at short notice If this sounds like an opportunity you'd like to explore, please apply today.
