Key Responsibilities: Lead by example, ensuring a seamless customer journey from entry to purchase, offering personalised service and product expertise. Manage and develop and incredible team of professional experts. Curate and maintain an exclusive inventory of premium apparel and homewares and locally sourced merchandise. Oversee all core retail administration management such as rosters and reporting. Oversee the tourism strategies and planning to help foster growth and local and international reputation Drive sales targets and KPI's through strategic planning, merchandising, and tailored customer engagement initiatives. Uphold the boutique's upscale ambience through visual merchandising excellence and meticulous store and personal presentation standards.
