As a Multi-Centre Manager, you will oversee a couple of retail shops, focusing on operational excellence and fostering an inspiring team culture. You will be responsible for the overall performance of each store, which includes budgeting, staff leadership, and stock management. Your goal is to ensure that each location thrives. This position will provide leadership to two paid employees and a group of volunteers. There will be frequent travel between the two shops. This is a dynamic, hands-on position where no two days look the same. This fast-paced role suits an experienced retail leader who is passionate about sustainable fashion, commercial growth, and delivering standout customer experiences. This is a Permanent, Full-time Position (38 hours per week) role based in Mackay . Skills And Experiences What you’ll bring: Your experience – previous experience in retail including merchandising, cash handling, workplace health and safety and effective communication skills Relevant Tertiary or TAFE Qualification in Retail Operations or Business Management or equivalent industry experience Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
