Successful applicants must be Australian Citizens Key Responsibilities: Own the design and execution of end-to-end test strategies across systems and delivery streams. Oversee and manage the preparation, execution, and governance of test plans, ensuring consistent and high‑quality delivery across all testing phases Lead and mentor test analysts, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Act as the SME for all testing disciplines: functional, integration, regression, performance, and security. Partner with business leaders, project managers, and vendors to align testing with priorities and timelines. Oversee test environments, defect management, and readiness for successful releases. Provide clear reporting on testing progress, risks, and quality insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience. 8 years of hands-on SAP ECC/S/4 HANA testing experience, including leadership roles in complex ERP or Field Services environments. Exposure to SAP, IFS, ServiceNow FSM, Oracle, and JIRA Xray highly advantageous. Proven ability to design and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Expertise in modern testing approaches (automation, CI/CD, test data management). What’s in it for You?
