You’ll coach and guide your team, manage contractors, and ensure maintenance plans are executed to the highest standards. Your role is critical in driving reliability, minimising downtime, and embedding continuous improvement across the site. Key Responsibilities Execute maintenance plans and manage workloads, including unplanned breakdowns Lead and coach maintenance teams to deliver best-practice methodologies Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards Drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis for critical failures About You Trade or engineering qualifications with strong leadership experience High-speed packaging line expertise and familiarity with FMCG environments Skilled in maintenance planning and use of CMMS systems Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset Why Asahi Beverages?
