Job Description This role is contractor-based. On a day-to-day basis you will be an integral part of the close-knit team of Kairros Consultants who work with and support people who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace. As a valued team member, you will have the responsibility of assessing needs and then providing effective solutions and strategies to ensure that Kairros clients receive a safe return to work within their same employer or with a new employer as part of their rehabilitation and recovery. You will be responsible for completing high‑quality assessments such as: Worksite, vocational, functional, ergonomic, equipment, home and job analysis Initial assessments to identify return‑to‑work barriers Providing insights and recommendations to the primary Rehabilitation Consultant to progress case outcomes Liaising with insurers, employers, treating practitioners, and workers where required Completing accurate case notes and service documentation aligned with SLA and compliance requirements
