Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Manager to join our team in Brisbane City, Australia. As the Night Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during overnight hours, maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction, and overseeing the safety and security of our property. What you'll be doing: Manage and supervise all aspects of hotel operations during night shifts Ensure exceptional guest experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and anticipating needs Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, maintaining accurate guest accounts and records Implement and maintain strict security protocols to ensure guest and property safety Coordinate with other departments to address any overnight maintenance or housekeeping needs Prepare and analyse nightly reports for management review Train and mentor night shift staff, promoting a culture of excellence, passion and pride Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, following established procedures Assist in food and beverage service as needed, ensuring quality and timeliness Contribute to the continuous improvement of hotel operations and guest services.
