About the Role As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be the welcoming face of our centre, providing exceptional service to members and guests. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting and assisting customers in person and over the phone Handling membership enquiries, tours, sales, and bookings Managing cash handling and Point of Sale transactions Responding to customer feedback and resolving issues promptly Supporting centre operations and promoting a safe, welcoming environment What We're Looking For A positive, energetic personality with excellent interpersonal skills Previous experience in customer service or administration Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a busy environment Basic computer skills (point of sale technology experience is a bonus) Essential Requirements Working with Children Check (NSW) Commitment to safeguarding children and young people Willingness to attend training and team meetings Current CPR / First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to employment) Why Work With Us?
