They have a vacancy for an experienced and enthusiastic SOP Writer and Trainer to join their team! This opportunity is casual ongoing with full-time hours available and the opportunity for long term. Responsibilities: Write, review, and update SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation for manufacturing activities Work with production, quality, and engineering teams to capture accurate processes Develop and deliver training on procedures, safety, and quality requirements Support onboarding, refresher training, and change implementation Ensure documentation aligns with WHS, quality, and regulatory standards Qualifications and Experience Required Essential or Highly Regarded: Certificate IV or Diploma in one of the following: Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) Business, Manufacturing, or Process Improvement Demonstrated experience in manufacturing procedure writing or technical documentation Experience delivering workplace training in a manufacturing environment Desirable: Knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and manufacturing compliance requirement Experience with quality systems (e.g. ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP) Background in Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement Skills & Attributes Strong written communication and attention to detail Ability to simplify complex manufacturing processes Confident trainer with practical, hands-on approach Able to work independently with flexible hours Your new team: A privately owned Australian Company with extensive experience and expertise in the food and grocery industry.
