The Opportunity We are thrilled to announce our expansion into the Gold Coast and are seeking a visionary Associate Landscape Architect to join our team as a founding pillar of this new studio. Working alongside our newly appointed Studio Lead, you will play a vital role in managing award-winning projects, mentoring a dynamic team, and strengthening Arcadia’s profile in a sun-drenched location. Key Responsibilities Manage a variety of projects from concept to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget Drive design excellence and oversee design development Ensure consistent production of high-quality deliverables across the studio Source new work and prepare submissions Build and maintain positive client relationships Oversee general landscape architectural duties including site inspections, cost planning, documentation, detailing, and specification writing Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture Communicate professionally with colleagues and clients to achieve outcomes Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture or equivalent skill set (e.g., Architecture with horticulture/ecology training) 8–12 years of professional experience in landscape architecture Proven experience in staff and project management, including successful delivery from concept to completion Well-developed technical skills in design and construction techniques and program Strong leadership, mentoring, and delegation skills.
