About Us United for Care is a growing NDIS provider delivering Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Supported Independent Living (SIL), and in-home support across NSW and South Australia. We are ready to extend our services to Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and Support at Home participants. About the Role This is a high-energy, hands-on leadership role for a proven builder with a genuine start-up mentality. Working closely with our COO, you will drive our CHSP and Support at Home services. You’ll roll up your sleeves to activate processes, engage communities and guide the teams to navigate CHSP and Support at Home, and build a scalable function in a fast-paced environment. • Absolute Focus: Design and implement processes intake to assessments and to service delivery, internal training, marketing, community engagement and growth strategies. • Hands-On Operational Extension: Quickly extend existing UFC in-home care teams, systems, and processes. Exploring Vertical Village Model opportunities for respite and transitional care. • Growth Ignition: Explore and engage the communities for referral opportunities, internal NDIS cross-referrals, hospitals, GPs, and generate long term partnerships. • Leadership in Start-up Mode: Mobilise and upskill existing teams; recruit critical business enablers; and build a high-velocity and high-impact culture. • Accountability Champion: Track real-time KPIs with heavy weighting on Support at Home traction; report frequently and pivot fast. About You • 8 years in Aged Care, NDIS/disability, or healthcare, with proven experience rapidly launching services in start-up environments. • Hands-on expertise in CHSP and Support at Home service delivery, client transitions and intake, and innovative service delivery models. • Practical knowledge of Support at Home programme, new Aged Care Act 2025, My Aged Care, and Quality Standards. • Thrives in high-speed ambiguity with full ownership. • Experience with temporary/restorative care or accommodation models in aged care. ( desirable) • Direct work with NDIS SIL/SDA transitioning to aged care equivalents. (desirable)
