The Opportunity We are excited to have an opportunity available for someone with excellent Customer Service and Admin skills to join our team based in Ingleburn. The Customer Solutions Officer is responsible for providing exceptional service to RPF’s trade customers in the Grocery and Pet Specialty Channels. The role requires experience in the areas of Customer Service excellence, Logistics and Supply Chain principles. Your responsibilities will include: Providing excellent Customer Service - you will have a 'customer first' attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to resolve any issues. Order Management and Credit Processing - you will be the single point of contact for all issues related to order fulfillment, stock availability, delivery performance and customer receipts. You will work with transport companies in relation to rejected orders /missed deliveries and follow through to completion. Process Improvement - work as part of the broader supply chain team to ensure processes, systems and procedures are constantly assessed and make recommendations for improvements. This is the perfect role for someone who has experience in a similar role or someone who is keen to continue their skills development and growth within the Supply Chain and FMCG Industry. Please note, this role will require you to be on-site 5 days a week.
