With a booming, culturally rich and diverse community, and less than an hourâs drive from the CBD (still within the bounds of Myki and ride-sharing), Melbourneâs North is fast becoming the place to be.   Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Clinical Nurse Educator at 0.8 EFT ongoing to join the Nursing Midwifery Education team.  Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourneâs rapidly growing outer north.  Services are provided through our six main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn and Mernda Community Hospitals Centres and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park, Mernda and Coburg.  About the Role:  This role requires the provision of Program delivery and support and assessment of all level of learners inclusive of undergraduate, graduate, STEP, Postgraduate students, and staff support. This includes some roster management of the Clinical Support Nurse team. The successful candidate will be required to work across all campuses of NH but based predominantly in the Emergency Services ED/CPEU/SSU/Paediatric ED POD areas and specialties.  This role is responsible for the delivery of all Nursing emergency programs within the Emergency Services Directorate  To be successful in this role you will have:  Experience and good working knowledge of the emergency and critical care nursing specialty. Proven ability to operate at an advanced level of education support and delivery of programs for all level of learners Demonstrated highly effective communication and leadership skills.
