Known for clinical excellence, supportive team culture, and sustainable growth, the organisation is seeking two key clinical roles to join their team: Practice Director - Clinical & Operations (MDT) - $160k Super Registered / Clinical Registrar Psychologist - $137K Super These roles offer the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with strong clinical governance, professional development, and autonomy. Role 1: Practice Director - Clinical & Operations (MDT) This is a rare opportunity for an experienced clinician-leader to step into a senior, revenue-generating role that combines hands-on clinical work with leadership, operations, and strategy (structured as a 50/50 split). Key responsibilities include: Providing senior clinical leadership across Psychology, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Pathology Acting as the escalation point for complex clinical, ethical, or risk matters Leading clinician performance management, reviews, and capability development Owning day-to-day operations and strengthening systems and workflows Monitoring utilisation, referral flow, workforce capacity, and sustainability metrics Reducing founder dependency through confident, decisive leadership Translating strategic direction into operational delivery Representing the practice externally and supporting recruitment and brand reputation What We're Looking For: Current professional registration as a AHPA Registered Clinical Psychologist Proven experience leading clinicians and managing performance Strong operational judgement and systems-thinking capability Ability to balance senior leadership responsibilities with an active clinical caseload High emotional intelligence and confidence in decision-making Private practice or mixed-funding experience (NDIS/Medicare) highly regarded MDT experience and formal leadership training (desirable) What's On Offer: Senior leadership role with influence and autonomy $160K Super minimum base salary Balanced clinical and leadership workload Opportunity to shape a high-performing, values-led practice Collaborative leadership environment Long-term career opportunity within a growing organisation Opportunities to have a profit share or ownership of the business Role 2: Registered / Clinical Registrar Psychologist This role is ideal for a Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist looking to work in a supportive, professional private practice, providing evidence-based psychological services to children, adolescents, and adults with a main focus on children in one of their new and growing clinics.
