Opportunity A busy, well-established dental practice located within a large medical centre in Mount Waverley is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Dentist to join the team on two days a week. This practice operates within a high-traffic medical centre, creating a consistent stream of walk-ins and internal referrals. As a result, there is a genuine opportunity to quickly build a busy weekend appointment book and achieve strong earnings. You will have full clinical autonomy in a non-hierarchical environment, supported by good facilities, efficient systems and a collaborative medical and dental team. The area supports strong demand for dental services, particularly within integrated medical centres that service large patient volumes and multicultural communities. About You You are a Dentist with at least 2 years’ clinical experience in general dentistry and are confident working independently when required. You are comfortable managing a varied caseload, including more complex cases, and value clinical autonomy. You hold current AHPRA registration with no restrictions and are Mandarin-speaking, enabling you to effectively support the local patient demographic.
