Key Responsibilities: Planning and organising daily restaurant operations in line with business requirements. Coordinating and supervising staff to ensure efficient and professional service delivery. Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records. Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations. Managing customer service standards and addressing customer enquiries or complaints. Assisting with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting related to restaurant operations. About you: At least one year of relevant experience in a restaurant or similar position. Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, customer service standards, and food safety regulations. Effective leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
