Occupational Therapist Community Based | Full Time Sydney A new role. A growing service. A chance to lead from the front. Lumia Care is expanding our Allied Health services and we are seeking a community based Occupational Therapist to join our Sydney team. This is a newly created role and a fantastic opportunity to be part of something from the beginning. You will work primarily with Aged Care clients, travelling between client homes across Sydney to deliver meaningful, outcomes focused therapy. About the role: This is a full time, Monday to Friday role offering variety, autonomy and the opportunity to contribute to the future of Allied Health at Lumia. Your responsibilities will include: - Community based OT assessments and interventions - Home safety assessments and functional capacity reviews - Equipment recommendations and reporting - Collaborating with Care Partners and internal teams - Supporting the growth and development of Lumia's Allied Health services About you: You are proactive, organised and passionate about supporting older Australians to live well at home.
