In this role, you will lead and manage the delivery of person-centred care for residents, ensuring the highest standard of ongoing assessment, care planning and evaluation and clinical governance. This position requires an IPC Lead qualification. As the IPC Lead, you will act as the dedicated expert responsible to support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of infection prevention and control policies, procedures and practices within the homes. You will support the General Manager in managing and leading the delivery of person-centred care of residents, ensuring the highest standard of ongoing assessment, care planning and evaluation and clinical governance, helping them to live longer, healthier, and happier lives. Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA is essential Post grad qualification in aged care highly regarded Experience managing a minimum of 30 beds Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care within an aged care or acute setting Excellent clinical assessment skills and care planning capabilities Highly effective communication, leadership, and relationship management skills An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes Be at the Heart of It – your new team is ready to welcome you!
