Key Responsibilities Plan, organise and implement quality assurance systems specific to the handling, storage and distribution of fresh jasmine products. Direct and control quality processes to maintain product freshness, fragrance, appearance and shelf life from receipt to dispatch. Coordinate quality checks for incoming stock, storage conditions and outgoing consignments to ensure consistency and quality standards are met. Monitor and manage quality risks associated with perishable goods, including temperature control, handling practices and storage conditions. Coordinate certification and compliance processes relevant to fresh produce and perishable product operations. Conduct regular quality inspections and internal audits across storage and distribution facilities. Maintain quality records, reports and corrective action logs to support ongoing compliance and certification requirements. Work closely with operations and logistics teams to continuously improve quality outcomes and minimise product loss or wastage. Qualifications and Experience A qualification in Quality Management, Food Science, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field is desirable. Substantial relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications. Proven experience in a Quality Assurance, Quality Control or quality management role, preferably within fresh produce, perishable goods or distribution environments. Demonstrated experience implementing and managing quality assurance systems and certification processes. Strong understanding of quality standards, compliance requirements and continuous improvement principles. High level of organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to analyse quality trends, identify risks and implement preventive measures. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with operational teams and management.
