What you will be doing Reporting directly to Manager, Election Compliance , this role will be responsible for: Develop, deliver and update training for staff to support electoral compliance before, during and after election events. Communicate clear, practical training materials on field compliance, investigations and regulatory requirements to election staff. Ensure all training content aligns with electoral law, best practice and the VEC's compliance priorities. Work with colleagues to provide staff with the tools, resources and guidance they need. Identify and implement improvements to make training more efficient, consistent and effective across electoral operations. What you will bring to the role Proven experience designing, delivering and evaluating training in a regulatory or public-sector environment, ensuring content is accurate, practical and compliant. Ability to translate legislation and policy frameworks into simple, accessible learning materials for diverse audiences. Strong instructional design and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging resources and work effectively with subject matter experts and operational teams. Relevant qualifications and/or experience in adult learning or training and assessment (e.g. Certificate IV or higher). A commitment to the VEC's core values.
