About the Role As a Systems Engineer, you’ll manage and maintain workplace technology platforms, including AV/VC and smart building systems. You’ll work across projects and BAU, ensuring platform health and delivering impactful technology solutions in collaboration with technical leads and cross-functional teams. What You’ll Do Deliver and maintain AV/VC and workplace technology platforms, ensuring stability and optimal performance. Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Technical Leads to implement innovative solutions for smart building environments. Provide technical expertise for projects and change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. Develop and maintain high-quality documentation and best practices for technology platforms. Support upgrades, maintenance, and incident resolution to maintain platform health and reliability. What You’ll Bring Strong technical knowledge of AV/VC technologies and workplace collaboration platforms. Understanding of smart building technology and integration with workplace systems. Solid grasp of networking fundamentals and physical connectivity requirements. Experience in managing technology platforms and delivering technical projects. Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell), APIs, and remote management tools. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate across teams.
