As our Snr Farm Hand, you will provide practical animal related activities with the farm and quarantine sheds, that preserve and protect Queensland's biosecurity You will know you're achieving success in the role when you: - Accurately performing routine tasks in accordance with Animal Ethics and Workplace Health & Safety requirements- Ensuring assigned tasks are undertaken promptly and meet the project deliverables- Are actively contributing as a member of a high-performing team. You must have:- Commitment to obtain vaccination or evidence of prior vaccination to Q fever will be required prior to starting with Biosecurity Queensland. - A current 'C' class drivers' licence. - Previous experience working with large animalsDesirable to have licences such as HR, forklift, chainsaw, quad bike, tractor/ front end loader.You will have a positive attitude and make a great contribution to our close-knit and connected team.
