About the role As a Physiotherapist with the North West Hospital and Health Service, you will be part of a multidisciplinary Allied Health team delivering Level 4 moderate complexity care across inpatient, outpatient and outreach settings. This role offers broad clinical exposure, strong professional support, and opportunities to grow your skills while making a meaningful impact in a regional health service. Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy across inpatient and outpatient settings to support positive patient outcomes. Apply developing clinical judgement to increasingly complex cases with senior supervision and ongoing professional development. Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to provide culturally safe, patient-centred care. Contribute to service improvement, student supervision, team education, and rostered on-call and extended-hours services. Working with us Eligible health practitioners entitled to accrue an additional three days professional development leave per annum, resulting in a total of six days professional development leave per annum. Eligible health practitioners working in designated remote areas will be entitled to a professional development allowance of $3,512.00 per annum. Rural and Remote incentive: Category D allowance of $431.22 p.f. Tax savings through salary sacrificing options are also available. Transfer and appointment expenses may be negotiated. Requirements Mandatory requirements are a relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences. C Class Motor Vehicle Licence. This is a VPD risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis. A period of probation may apply.
