What you'll contribute to As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will provide data analysis, reporting and administrative support to our Southern Region Dealer Distribution team. How you'll make an impact We’re looking for a high performing, analytical and motivated individual that will maintain and distribute all regional reporting requirements for the regions internal and external stakeholders. You will provide sales and administrative support to the team by; Managing A3 process to record changes to new and existing dealer codes Managing Dealer Commission System (DCS) for new dealer acquisitions or adhoc change requests Maintaining the regions dealer contact list within Onyx Updating Dealer Management System (DMS)Update Onyx with DAM movements Providing access to Guest Experience Portal for new business managers and Dealer Account Managers Maintaining the bulletin list in Onyx Updating the regions Obeya Wall Processing invoice requests in Coupa Additionally, you will support with the coordination of regional, team and dealer events, such as end of year functions, regional conferences and roadshows.
