About the Role This is a varied, hands-on role designed for someone seeking a long-term career in construction. Working closely with the Managing Director, you will be trained across all aspects of the business and gain practical, real-world experience in both admin and on-site environments. Key responsibilities include : Assisting with estimating, pricing and quantity calculations Contract administration and correspondence Project management support Scheduling and coordination of trades and subcontractors On-site assistance to supervisor/leading hand This role offers genuine mentorship and on-the-job learning, with exposure to all stages of residential and commercial construction and development.
