The Role As our Full Stack Developer , you'll work directly with our Co-Founder and Product Lead to design, build, and evolve the JobTetris platform. You'll own end-to-end features across front- and back-end systems, bringing ideas to life that make hiring more human and more efficient. In this role, you will: Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications across the stack. Develop new product features with clean, maintainable, and testable code. Work closely with product, UX, and data to translate ideas into production-ready features. Help shape architecture decisions as we scale our client base. Champion engineering best practices, code reviews, CI/CD, automation, and performance optimisation. Contribute to a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous improvement. About You You're a builder, someone who thrives in early-stage environments, where your ideas matter and speed meets craftsmanship. You'll bring: 3 years' experience building modern web applications. Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript , React , and Node.js (or similar frameworks). Experience with RESTful APIs , databases (SQL or NoSQL), and cloud environments (AWS or Azure). An eye for UI/UX details and a passion for creating frictionless user experiences. Comfort with version control, DevOps pipelines, and agile delivery. Bonus points for experience with SaaS or HR Tech platforms.
