About the Role APS Group is partnering with a leading global logistics provider to recruit an experienced Site Administrator/Receptionist for their Head Office. This position is key to the smooth daily operation of the site. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and internal stakeholders while providing administrative support across reception, payroll, procurement, accounts payable, safety, and quality functions. Working closely with the Site Manager, Operations team, and Central Administration Team, you will help maintain service standards, compliance, and a strong safety culture aligned with the company values of Trust, Inclusivity, Empowerment, and Safety. What's on Offer Ongoing casual role, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:06 pm, with potential to transition to permanent with the client. Competitive pay: $36.86 per hour. Key Responsibilities Manage reception area and key functions; act as the first point of contact for visitors and stakeholders. Provide daily administrative support to the Site Manager and leadership team, including coordinating inductions and maintaining reception coverage. Raise and process Purchase Orders and invoices in line with procurement protocols and KPI timeframes; support payroll activities using EmpLive as required. Maintain HSE records and reporting using MYOSH and WMS systems; assist with audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Foster a strong, safety-focused culture onsite and support the Executive Assistant with additional tasks as required. Perform other ad hoc duties to ensure smooth site operations. Skills & Experience Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in administration or executive support; supply chain/3PL experience highly regarded. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office systems; experience with MYOSH, JDE, or LEAN environments is a plus. Professional Skills: Excellent time management, organisation, and attention to detail; professional communication and strong customer service mindset; able to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment. Work Requirements: Must have reliable transport and be able to work 100% onsite. Additional Assets: Safety management awareness, experience supporting audits and compliance, prior experience in a Head Office environment within a global logistics organisation, and ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team.
