About the Role As a Senior RPA Developer, you’ll support and enhance automation delivery, coach developers, and drive best practices within a collaborative team. Your work will optimise operations, uplift technical capability, and contribute to a purpose-led transformation. What You’ll Do Lead the enhancement and maintenance of UiPath robots, increasing efficiency and optimising operational costs Collaborate with developers and business analysts to support and maintain automation platforms Troubleshoot and resolve RPA issues at the robot level, ensuring seamless business operations Implement new tools and frameworks to enable automation and continuous improvement Coach and mentor team members, uplifting technical knowledge and fostering a culture of learning Promote and define best practices for RPA across the domain, supporting innovation and quality outcomes What You’ll Bring Proven experience in IT programming and automation, with strong skills in UiPath and RPA tools Proficiency in .NET, C#, Python, and PowerShell for automation and scripting tasks Experience with version control tools such as Git or Subversion, supporting collaborative development Solid understanding of technology and architecture concepts, applied to business process improvement Effective communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences Experience working in Agile environments and building strong stakeholder relationships What You’ll Enjoy Access our award-winning Shine platform – your central hub for exclusive perks, wellbeing support, career development, and recognition.
