With a booming, culturally rich and diverse community, and less than an hourâs drive from the CBD (still within the bounds of Myki and ride-sharing), Melbourneâs North is fast   Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Physiotherapist - Grade 1 or 2 - Casual to join the Physiotherapy team  About Northern Health: Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourneâs rapidly growing outer north.  Services are provided through our six main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn and Mernda Community Hospitals, and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park, Mernda and Coburg.  About the Role: The casual physiotherapist has responsibility for the provision of high level, evidence-based physiotherapy care.⯠They must be flexible in service delivery models to adjust to the needs of patients across the healthcare continuum. The casual Grade 1 or 2 Physiotherapist may provide informal supervision of Grade 1 physiotherapists or supervision of Allied Health Assistants.  The role is expected to provide clinical care across acute, subacute and community programs at Northern Health Epping, Bundoora, Broadmeadows, Craigieburn and Kilmore sites on a casual basis .     To be successful in this role you will have: Well-developed interpersonal skills⯠ Well-developed organisational and time management skills⯠ Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills⯠ Demonstrated sound clinical skills⯠ Negotiation and conflict resolution skills⯠ Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team ⯠ Commitment to ongoing professional development ⯠  Next Steps . . .
