As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced People and Culture Manager who thrives in complex environments and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to deliver both strategic and practical outcomes. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this is a senior, trusted role where you’ll influence leaders, shape culture, and drive people initiatives that support business performance across our industrial operations. You’ll have genuine influence, autonomy, and the opportunity to build and evolve people practices that make a real difference — from culture and leadership capability through to IR, WHS and talent strategy. What you’ll be doing Partnering with senior leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to commercial objectives Leading all IR/ER matters, including performance management, investigations and union engagement Championing a strong, values-led culture and performance framework Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment, talent management and succession planning Coaching and developing a People and Culture Recruitment Business partner Driving learning & development initiatives that build leadership capability Managing complex Workers Compensation and return-to-work case management in collaboration with stakeholders Leading remuneration processes including salary reviews, benchmarking and incentives Ensuring compliance with Australian employment legislation and best practice Provide support and advice to the payroll team in relation to Awards Desired Skills and Experience Why Benedict?
