Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will deliver effective, evidence-based care to optimise client outcomes. This role operates in line with the policies, procedures, and clinical standards of Ramsay Health Care. About You You are a dedicated and professional clinician who thrives in a dynamic hospital setting. You bring strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organisational skills, along with a passion for achieving the best possible outcomes for patients. You will also demonstrate: Bachelor or master’s degree in Speech Pathology (or equivalent). Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia. Demonstrated skills in speech pathology assessment and intervention. Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload. A professional and ethical approach, with integrity and respect for others. Clinical experience in an adult hospital setting, including experience with videofluoroscopy, FEES, Speak Out and tracheostomy management is highly desired.
