Description What success looks like Helping customers find the right parts—by phone, email, or over the counter Using catalogues and systems to identify and supply correct truck or trailer parts Preparing quotes and processing sales orders efficiently and accurately Following up on deliveries and keeping customers informed Coordinating with suppliers and warehouse teams to ensure part availability Promoting online ordering tools and current promotions Assisting with stock control, stocktakes, and branch organisation Supporting daily operations as needed Following safety protocols and meeting Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements Skills And Experiences What you’ll bring Experience as a Parts Interpreter—ideally in truck, trailer, or automotive industries; OR a strong mechanical trade background with an interest in parts Solid knowledge of vehicle parts and cataloguing systems Strong communication and time management skills Good computer and inventory system skills A customer-first mindset and proactive team attitude Attention to detail and a willingness to learn Apply Now If you’re ready to accelerate your career in commercial truck and trailer parts—and love solving problems for customers—we’d love to hear from you.
