Reporting to the Regional and National WHS Managers, you'll support and improve our WHS systems, ensuring compliance and promoting a strong safety culture. You’ll work closely with operations to implement risk management practices, lead incident investigations, coordinate WHS training, and support return-to-work plans. We’re looking for a proactive safety professional ready to drive continuous improvement and employee engagement across our sites. About You - The Ideal Candidate Will Have Strong Safety Commitment – Proactive awareness of your own safety and for others around you Previous WHS Experience – ideally having worked in a WHS role within the Mining, Trades, Manufacturing or Warehousing Industries Knowledge of RTW requirements and experience in facilitating training and assessment packages - desirable Cert IV in OHS, with Diploma in OHS - highly desirable.
