Senior Analyst – FP&A Office of the CFO | Sydney CBD | Hybrid work We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Business Performance & Analysis team within the Office of the CFO — a role that offers visibility, impact, and the chance to influence decisions across planning, performance, and strategy. This isn’t just reporting. It’s partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver insights that shape decisions and drive sustainable growth. You’ll work across forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning, with exposure to senior leadership and the Group CFO. We offer a flexible hybrid working model based out of our Martin Place office — typically 3 days in-office and 2 days from home. Thank you for your understanding and wishing you wonderful break About the role You’ll join our Business Performance & Analysis team within the Office of the CFO — a high-impact role where you’ll partner with senior stakeholders to deliver insights that shape decisions across planning, performance, and strategy. While the team supports the full Group, you’ll take the lead supporting our investment management business— giving you ownership and visibility from day one. This is a great opportunity to move beyond reporting into a more strategic, forward-looking role with exposure to senior leadership and the Group CFO. What you’ll be doing Deliver monthly management reporting and actionable insights to senior stakeholders Prepare variance analysis, trend insights, and performance commentary to guide decisions Translate complex financial data into clear narratives that inform strategic choices Prepare rolling forecasts and annual budgets for your business areas Support scenario modelling and strategic planning to assess market impacts Link financial planning to strategic objectives and monitor KPIs Identify and implement process improvements, including automation of reporting and analysis Explore smart solutions using platforms like Anaplan, Workiva, Workday, and Power BI What you’ll bring This role would suit someone with a background in FP&A, commercial finance or financial control who’s ready to step into a more strategic, forward-looking role. As well as having.
