Job Description What you will be doing We are seeking an Engineering Manager to support in leading the engineering function across this complex, luxury hotel. This role combines hands-on operational leadership with project, refurbishment and asset lifecycle management. Lead the day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations, ensuring safety, compliance and uptime Support the Chief Engineer in managing preventative maintenance programs and statutory compliance Plan and deliver projects, upgrades and asset refurbishment programs across rooms, public areas and back-of-house Coordinate and manage external contractors and suppliers to ensure quality, cost and timelines are controlled Drive asset condition reporting, capital planning and lifecycle management Oversee work orders, maintenance systems and reporting Support energy management, sustainability and efficiency initiatives Provide technical leadership and hands-on support to the engineering team Respond to guest and operational issues with urgency, professionalism and practical solutions
