Featuring 90 modern units, a resort-style pool, ocean-view dining, a contemporary clubhouse, and sustainable features like solar power and EV charging, it offers an unparalleled coastal experience. Ahead of our grand reopening in mid-2026, we’re seeking a detail-oriented and guest-focused full-time Group Reservations & Accounts Officer to support the Front Office team with reservations, bookings, and account management. What will you be doing? In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for many guests, ensuring group bookings and accounts are handled smoothly, while providing excellent customer service and administrative support. Your day-to-day impact Manage group bookings, reservations, and guest accounts accurately. Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring seamless guest experiences. Handle phone and email enquiries, providing professional and timely assistance. Process payments and cashiering duties, including EFTPOS, credit card, and cash. Liaise with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B) to ensure guest needs are met. Maintain records, reports, and documentation in line with RAC standards. Respond to guest feedback and escalate issues where required. What you’ll bring to the team Previous experience in front office, reservations, or guest services roles in hotels or resorts. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Certificate III or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism desirable. Flexibility to work a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays.
