What You'll Be Doing Owning category strategy end to end across your portfolio Leading supplier negotiations, trading terms and promotional agreements Planning, executing and optimising promotional programs Driving sales growth, GP % and GP $ performance Identifying new income, margin and growth opportunities Using live data and insights to influence fast trading decisions Partnering closely with store teams and internal stakeholders to ensure category plans land effectively in store Categories will be aligned to your experience and strengths rather than forced into a rigid structure.
