About the Role This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of food presentation, stock control, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Stock takes and accurate inventory management Shelf management, merchandising, and maintaining product presentation Unpacking and processing deliveries Waste management and stock rotation to minimise shrinkage Back of House organisation and cleanliness Actively pushing sales and promoting protein products Providing friendly, knowledgeable on-the-floor customer service Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards at all times About You Previous experience in the meat industry or protein department (preferred) Retail or supermarket experience highly regarded Strong attention to detail and organisation skills Confident engaging with customers and promoting products Ability to work in a chilled environment and handle pre-pack meat products Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player What We Offer Supportive team environment Ongoing training and development opportunities 25% Staff discounts across Harris Farm Markets If you’re passionate about quality food and enjoy delivering great customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
