As a Casual Trainer, you will: Deliver engaging and informative training sessions focused on suicide prevention, mental health awareness, and wellbeing in older adults. Facilitate workshops, webinars, and community education tailored to aged care staff, volunteers, and service providers. Collaborate with the Suicide Prevention for Seniors team to ensure training is evidence-based, culturally appropriate, and aligned with Anglicare’s mission. Support the development and refinement of training materials and evaluation tools. One trainer will be engaged to deliver online workshops, while a second trainer will provide in-person sessions across various Sydney locations, offering training in residential aged care, home care, and community-based settings. About You You will bring: Demonstrated experience in training, facilitation, or adult education. Qualifications or strong background in mental health , psychology, social work, or a related field. Understanding of suicide prevention principles and the unique needs of older people. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility, reliability, and a commitment to compassionate service delivery. A current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle. Desirable Experience working in aged care, community services, or health promotion. Familiarity with the My Aged Care system and referral pathways. Application Close Date: January 31, 2026
