About The Role This is a varied and rewarding role that supports both our participants and local community, combining core administration functions with opportunities to build referral relationships and contribute to the growth of our services. No two days are the same, but you can expect to: Conducted weekly outreach activities, including face-to-face meetings, to establish and nurture referral relationships. Worked alongside practitioners to ensure new referrals were seamlessly booked into calendars, creating a positive participant onboarding experience. Attended local events and expos, engaging with community stakeholders to promote Everyday Independence services. Collaborated with the central marketing team to implement local initiatives that drive referral enquiries and raise awareness. Researched opportunities to enhance our visibility, such as speaking engagements, and optimised strategies to meet financial targets and KPIs. Who We Are Looking For A degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent. Demonstrated experience in sales, customer management, and/or marketing. Highly developed business development and relationship-building skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. The ability to work effectively within a compliance and regulatory framework. Previous administration experience. Experience in the health sector is desirable but not essential. A valid Australian driver’s license. Willingness to obtain a Working with Children’s Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
