About the Opportunity A well-established and growing c ivil construction contractor is seeking four motivated civil construction workers to join its site teams. This is a hands-on role suited to young, fit individuals who enjoy physical outdoor work and want to build a long-term career in civil construction. You'll be joining a successful team delivering infrastructure and geotechnical works across road, rail and civil projects throughout NSW. The Role Working as part of a site crew, your duties will include a variety of manual civil construction tasks, supporting skilled trades, operators and engineers on active worksites. Key Responsibilities General labouring and manual handling tasks Assisting with civil and geotechnical works on site Use of hand tools and small plant Site preparation, clean-up and material handling Working safely in active construction environments Following directions from supervisors and site management About You Previous civil construction experience required.
