What is on offer: A generous remuneration package of $140,000.00 plus 12% Super Supported ongoing professional development. Rent free, fully furnished accommodation in a house shared for part of your swing with one other nurse. Working day shifts (7.5hrs) with additional on-call work. 12 days on and 9 days off (this leave is paid), 2 weekends off each time you fly back to Perth for leave. You will fly in on a Monday and out on a Friday. FIFO ex Perth preferred. A supportive team environment operating from an accredited state of the art facility About this Health Service: This Health Service is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (ACCHO) that has been providing holistic and culturally secure health services to the Martu and non-indigenous people of the Wiluna and surrounding remote communities since 1993. This GP led Medical Centre provides Emergency and Primary Health Care to the outlying communities including mine sites. About you: You will work autonomously as part of a small clinical team including a GP, RNs, Enrolled Nurse, Paramedics, Aboriginal Health Workers, and the Aged Care and Social & Emotional Wellbeing teams in providing best practice in primary health care, chronic disease management, and emergency services to patients both in the clinic and in the community. You will be highly empathetic and provide a culturally safe clinical service. You will need to be able to build effective relationships with all stakeholders. You will be required to provide comprehensive primary health care and promote wellbeing and healthy lifestyles, whilst treating a range of acute presentations and emergency care. Essential requirements are: Current AHPRA Qualifications as a Registered Nurse or Midwife Experience working in a Primary Health role or autonomous setting Manual C class Driver's Licence WA Working with Children Check or willing to obtain Possess a National Police Clearance Advanced Life Support (ALS) Certificate or similar. Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 Immunisation course current and including administration of COVID vaccines.
