You will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in visual merchandising, inventory management, staff training and development, customer service, and sales strategies. Your Responsibilities Lead and motivate your teams to exceed sales goals through a positive selling culture Assist in training your teams to deliver exceptional customer service and styling Ensure your stores consistently meet the Seafolly Visual Merchandising standards Complete operational tasks such as rostering, security, stock and financial management Celebrate your customers by ensuring they feel empowered and confident in their purchase Develop and execute strategies that will amplify business results Mentor & motivate your team to embrace the Seafolly brand and lifestyle You Will Have Previous experience in fashion retail, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role. Proactive and enthusiastic leader with a passion for retail success. Exceptional people skills and a friendly, positive demeanor. Love for teamwork and a desire to grow alongside your team.
