As the IT Systems and Support Team Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems and the delivery of high-quality technical support. You will lead a dynamic team of help desk technicians, oversee the administration of our IT environments, and contribute to key IT projects. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the Help Desk team, ensuring timely resolution of service tickets and technical issues. Provide mentorship, training, and professional development for help desk technicians. Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues. Administer and maintain the Microsoft 365 (O365) environments and integrations Manage user account lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance with security policies and access controls. Develop and improve Help Desk processes Contribute to IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments. About You Proven experience in IT systems management and technical support leadership. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and SaaS environments. Expertise in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing high-level support. Experience in IT asset management and user account lifecycle processes.
