We are currently recruiting several contract HR roles on behalf of our clients in the Central West. HR Contractor – 6 months – Orange, Bathurst or Dubbo This values led organisation has experienced a period of growth and is looking for an interim HR professional to provide generalist HR support. Based in Orange, Bathurst or Dubbo, with plenty of flexibility to work from home once established, you will enjoy the variety that this role offers. Responsible for case management, recruitment, employee relations, induction, employee performance, HR systems and some safety responsibilities, you will find this is a true generalist role. This role reports to the HR lead and works closely with senior stakeholders. Ideally you are able to start immediately and live in one of the aforementioned locations. This role is offered as a 6 month contract initially, with the possibility of extension or permanency down the track. Would suit an experienced HR Business Partner. HR Records Officer – 3 months - Orange This Orange based organisation is seeking to update its HR Records and as such is seeking an experienced administrator or Human Resources Officer to assist on a temporary basis. You will be responsible for digitising records on to their new HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality as you go. This is a temporary role, offered on either full time or part-time basis. Could suit someone looking for school hours. Late January or early February start, on site in Orange.
