About the Role We're seeking an Return to Work & Injury Management Specialist - Melbourne, VIC - 12 month FTC. In this position you will play a crucial role in facilitating the return-to-work process for employees and implementing injury management programs to promote employee well-being and prevent workplace injuries. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and support the return-to-work process for injured employees. Manage injury reporting, investigations, and documentation. Develop and monitor individualised rehabilitation and return-to-work plans. Collaborate with managers, employees, and healthcare providers on workplace adjustments. Ensure compliance with legislation and insurer requirements. Deliver training and promote injury prevention and wellbeing initiatives. Conduct workplace assessments and identify safe return-to-work pathways. Maintain accurate records and evaluate program outcomes.
