About the role We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Pre-Contracts team based in Brisbane. This role plays a key part in helping us win work by creating visual content that brings Abergeldie’s capability, experience and value proposition to life for our clients. You will work closely with bid managers, submissions coordinators and technical specialists to translate complex technical, engineering and construction information into clear, engaging visuals that differentiate our bids and submissions. Our Pre-Contracts team operates in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, supporting multiple bids at any given time. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, can juggle priorities and loves creating visuals that make complex ideas clear and compelling. You will have the opportunity to think creatively, explore new visual approaches and influence how design is used to make our bids clearer, stronger and more engaging. What you’ll be responsible for Creating high-quality visual content for bids, tenders and EOI’s such as infographics, diagrams, organisational charts, project graphics and methodology visuals. Working with bid and technical teams to determine what information should be visualised and how best to present it to support the overall bid narrative. Bringing creativity and fresh thinking to how we present information, identifying opportunities to improve clarity, impact and differentiation. Building and maintaining a library of reusable graphics, templates and imagery to support consistency and efficiency across submissions. What you’ll bring to the team Experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally supporting bids, proposals or similar technical documentation. A strong creative eye and genuine enjoyment of creating visuals that bring projects, ideas and information to life. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines and stay highly organised in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools. Experience with PowerPoint and Word templates for professional documents is an advantage. Why Abergeldie?
