As a business partner working with senior leaders throughout your aligned business units, you will be an essential enabler in the ongoing functionality of our safety management system and drive interaction with our systems, processes and their continuous improvement. This responsibility spans the core health and safety systems and practice including incident response, staff wellbeing, emergency planning (including fire safety), training delivery, rehabilitation and monitoring and review processes. Under the leadership of the Principal Advisor-Safety and Wellbeing, you will also take carriage for specified risk portfolios which will require you to develop in depth understanding of risks, controls and assurance processes as they relate to our workforce.
