This is a senior management position, suited to an experienced scaffolding professional with demonstrated leadership, commercial, and operational capability. Applicants requiring sponsorship are encouraged to apply About the Role As Scaffold Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance, growth, and delivery of the scaffolding department. You will lead teams, manage client relationships, oversee safety and compliance, and contribute to planning, estimating, and continuous improvement across multiple clients and projects. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the scaffolding division across multiple clients and projects Drive business growth through client relationships and new opportunities Ensure compliance with scaffold design, engineering, WHS legislation, and standards Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, and subcontractor performance Implement and maintain safe systems of work Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management Contribute to estimating, planning, and operational efficiency About You 5 years’ senior experience in the scaffolding industry Proven leadership and people management experience Strong commercial and operational understanding Experience in estimating and managing subcontractors Ability to manage priorities and deliver results under pressure Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge and experience with all scaffolding systems Requirements Construction Industry White Card (essential) High Risk Work Licence – Advanced Scaffolding Current Police Clearance suitable for Gold Industry Valid Driver’s Licence Why Join GHS Solutions?
