About The Role We are looking for an experienced Nursing and Midwifery Support Officer to join us in this critical role to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Nursing and Midwifery Executives and wider team. As The Nursing And Midwifery Support Officer, You Will Providing secretariat support services including drafting accurate and concise reports, briefs, documents and correspondence, agenda creation and minute taking for all relevant committees and meetings. Support for recruitment within the Nursing and Midwifery Services team through the ROB system. Managing rostering for the Nursing and Midwifery Services team through HealthRoster. Nursing and Midwifery Project Support i.e. reporting and tracking as directed by manager. Responding to communication enquiries and providing information and referral of enquiries in a timely and responsive manner whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality and integrity. Arranging travel, accommodation and other event and planning management as requested, including catering. Managing competing priorities and high volumes of work given limited resources and working independently under limited direction and within constraints set by Senior Management.
